Getting started

Enter your login and password to get authorized access to the panel.

 

 

Once you are successfully authorized, you may now start creating environments and deploy applications.

 

Creating an environment

You can now use MIRhostig Cloud management panel to start creating your environments.

1. Please click “New environment”

 

 

2. You will be given a selection of environment types where you can now select your desired characteristics and programming language: Java, PHP, Ruby, Python, Node.js

 

 

3. Select your preferences

 

 

4. Set your upper and lower limits for cloudlet consumption for each additional node.

 

 

5. Select your environment name and click “Create”.

 

 

Your new environment will be created in couple minutes and will be reflected in the upper area of the panel.

 

 

Application deployment

1. After your environment was successfully created you can now start deploying applications. There are different ways to do it: Archive, URL, GIT/SVN, Plugins. 

Deploy your application by using distribution dispatcher.  Click “Download”.

 

 

2. Select your file of URL from which this file will be downloaded. Click Download. Deployment manager supports the following formats: for local files: .tar, .tar.gz, .war, .ear, .zip, .tar.bz2 и .bzip2; to deploy via a URL URL: http://, https:// или ftp://.

Maximum local file size – 150 Mb. There is no size limit for a file downloaded from URL. 

 

 

3. Choose your application and click “Deploy in…”. Select your environment for deployment.

 

 

4. Select application content type or leave this field empty (it will get filled automatically). Click “Deploy”.

 

 

5. Application will be deployed in your selected environment within couple minutes. Now you can open your application in the new browser and test if it is working properly.

 

 

If your application requires additional setup steps, this can be easily done within configuration set up option.
