MIRhosting is providing our customers with professional technical support 24x7x365 and also has a “white label” service option.

“White label” gives you an opportunity to leverage MIRhosting technical staff branded as your own when providing custom support to your customers. This support is available if your customer is using one of these management panels: WHM/cPanel, Parallels Plesk, DirectAdmin, ISPmanager. L1 and L2 support is available via email and billing is managed by your own billing panel.

L1 engineer tasks and responsibilities (not limited):

    • manage server configuration and internet traffic plans
    • manage mail server configuration
    • set up servers via management panel provided by the customer
    • provide general technical consulting advice
    • provide help and support for installation of the most popular CMS: Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, Bitrix
    • install and set up SSL certificates
    • deliver any other server related services that do not require root access

L2 engineer tasks and responsibilities (not limited):

    • correct system configuration mistakes (.htaccess, modSeccurity blocks, firewalls tune-up)
    • review and interpret log files, including error logs
    • restore files and databases from backups
    • migrate data from other servers or between users
    • review client’s scripts for vulnerabilities
    • review and correct mail set up issues
    • any other maintenance required with root access, however limited only to a specific user
